It has been one of the most sought after destinations for homebuyers and big investors, backed by the demand from buoyant IT/Tech workforce. About 43 per cent of the demand was for properties in the range of Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1 crore. Size-wise, 54 per cent was for 2BHK and 31 per cent for 3BHK and above. The supply of premium properties was noted in Kondapur, Miyapur, and Adibatla because of good infrastructure and proximity to key employment hubs.
