Faridabad has emerged as one of the biggest real estate hubs in the NCR region, on the back of infrastructural development and its strategic location, equidistant from Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida.

The Q4 2023, saw a demand surge for larger units due to their affordable prices compared to the rest of Delhi NCR. 3BHK units led with 46 per cent demand, followed by 2BHK with 38 per cent, whereas 1BHK homes witnessed a decline. While the supply of 3BHK rose 56 per cent, it remained consistent for 2BHK. Plotted developments were the most popular property type (46 per cent), followed by independent houses (30 per cent). The highest demand (47 per cent) was seen in properties priced at Rs 30-60 lakh and residential units (22 per cent) at Rs 60-100 lakh.

Demand for properties priced Rs 1 crore and above saw slight growth, as more people preferred buying plots and constructing their own homes.
