I am currently insured by National Insurance for the past two years for a health insurance policy and have so far not raised a claim. If I switch the policy now, what will be the charges that I will need to pay?

At the time of switching a health policy, you need to share all the health details with the new insurer, who based on the available details, may or may not port. There is the possibility of the insurer you wish to port charging you a higher premium in lieu of the shift, because the underwriting followed by them may require them to charge you a higher than the standard premium. Do evaluate other policy features before making the shift.
