I had stated my salary account details at the time of filing returns. I have changed my job and now there is a new account that I have, with the earlier account now closed. What will happen to my refund?

Whether the return is filed online or offline, one has to inform the assessing officer, who, in turn, will inform the return-processing cell. It is better to give this information in writing, with full details, including the PAN number and the old and new bank details, with a copy of a blank cancelled cheque.
