I put Rs 50,000 in the Sovereign Gold Bond which I wish to pass to my granddaughter. How can I transfer this to her?

You can gift or pass the Sovereign Gold Bonds to your granddaughter by gifting it to her or transferring it to her. In case she is a minor, her parents will hold it on her behalf. If she is older, you can transfer to her by seeking the assistance of the agent who sold you the bond or the post office from where you purchased it.
