It is unfortunate that in this day and era you are dependent on the physical statement to reach you. While you could call the customer service department of the card issuing bank and lodge a complaint with them. However, it would be in your interest to get an update on your email or even your mobile number for a mini statement so that you are aware of the statement and the payment due date of the credit card bill. The advantage of linking your credit card statement with your bank account can also result in a standing instruction to debit the money from your account every time the credit card bill is generated.
