I received a credit card a month back but haven’t received the PIN yet. Can I start using my credit card? Do I need a PIN to use my card?

The credit card and the PIN are sent separately due to security reasons. If you have not received the PIN, get in touch with the customer service department of the bank. They will send you a fresh PIN. In most cases you will not require a PIN to use the card at a merchant counter. You can check this when you call the customer service. A PIN is usually required only when you withdraw cash from the ATM.
