Never stop learning
Seek outside guidance from mentors and advisors. Participate in a peer advisory group, such as Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE), read good business books and publications, and attend professional development training, etc.
Think long-term
Growing a business doesn't have to be like running a sprint, it should rather be like running a marathon. In order to scale big, you need to have both the courage to dream big and the practiced ability to paint the vision clearly and engage others in the plan.
Hire the right talent
It’s important to find good people to help you. If you have the ideas, the vision and the determination, but don’t have every single skill necessary to put the whole idea in place, the whole effort goes waste. So, hire the right talent to use the expertise of others to help make your vision a reality.
Build a good network
Potential partnerships are a great way to grow your business. Just be genuine and informative about your business to give the best elevator pitch in the networking events to connect and grow. Besides this, use social media to post at least 1-3 topical, informative and well-written articles about your business. It helps to gain the trust of customers and makes your business grow.
