The global crypto market rose 1.74 per cent to $1.10 trillion as most major cryptocurrencies posted robust price gains for the second consecutive day.
The trading volume also increased by about 15 per cent to $102.63 billion in the last 24 hours as the crypto market rally continued, Coinmarketcap.com reported.
Bitcoin was the most trending cryptocurrency, priced at $24,889.00, up by 1.69 per cent in the last 24 hours. SingularityNET AGIX was the top gainer, with a 38.22 per cent increase to $0.541510. Its 24-hour trading volume was $63,54,93,327.
Conversely, Maker MKR was the top loser, down 1.54 per cent to $879.63. Its 24-hour trading volume was $12,37,25,229.

Bitcoin: BTC rose 1.69 per cent to $24,889.00, raising its market dominance by 0.09 per cent to 43.66 per cent at 10 am IST from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $55,07,37,85,948. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap based on market cap.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s price was up 1.67 per cent to $1,709.45, with a trading volume of $16,27,04,67,108 in the last 24 hours.
Tether: It traded at $1.00 with a trading volume was $76,13,56,33,636. It was ranked third.
Solana’s (SOL) price was up 4.16 per cent to $21.31 in the last 24 hours.
Avalanche was trading at $17.40, up 5.53 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume stood at $43,44,76,707.
Cardano (ADA) was up 0.05 per cent. It is ranked 7, with a 24 hour trading volume of $63,30,40,224.
Meme Coins
Dogecoin (DOGE) increased by 3.78 per cent with a trading volume of $65,66,37,860.
Shiba Inu was up by 2.04 per cent to $0.000011.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
The total trading volume in DeFi was $9.59 billion, 9.33 per cent of the overall crypto market.
Yearn.finance decreased by 0.92 per cent to $9,020.01 in the last 24 hours, while its trading volume was $10,52,02,824.
