The crypto market was trading in the red with losses on Thursday evening. Many cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Binance (BNB) saw significant drop in prices. SingularityNET (AGIX) was the most trending crypto today.

The broader crypto market was down by 2.69 per cent to $966.28 billion, according to data on Coinmarketcap.com at 6:05 PM IST.

Kava (KAVA) was the top gainer of the day with an increase of 8.61 per cent, while Gala (GALA) was the top loser with a total drop of 11.4 per cent in price.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: BTC was down by 2.20 per cent to $20,745.25. BTC’s trading volume was up by 27.15 per cent to $30.07 billion. BTC was trading in the red throughout the day. BTC was swinging between the range of $21,032 and $20.756 over the last 24 hours. BTC’s dominance is currently 41.4 per cent.

Ethereum: ETH’s momentum was very similar to that of BTC. It was trading with loss on January 19, 2023. It was down by 3.58 per cent to $1,517.96. It was swinging between $1,552 and $1,519. Its trading volume level was up by 38.19 per cent. ETH’s trading volume was $10.18 billion.

Other Altcoins

SOL’s price was down by 8.51 per cent to $28.80.

Ripple (XRP) dropped by 1.27 per cent to $0.3859 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 35.16 per cent to $1.43 billion.

Cardano (ADA) was down by 5.28 per cent to $0.33. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 3.88 per cent to $442.6 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) was down by 6.93 per cent to $0.08057. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 10.31 per cent to $771.15 million.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) was down by 10.61 per cent to $0.00001107.

Decentralised Finance (DeFi)

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was down by 9.01 per cent to $6,536.81. Its 24-hour trading volume rose by 69.41 per cent to $40.86 million.

Aave (AAVE) was down by 5.86 per cent to $79.63, and its 24-hour trading volume dropped by 13.38 per cent to $203.5 million.

Avalanche (AVAX) decreased by 6.47 per cent to $15.88. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 14.11 per cent to $439.04 million.
