The crypto market cap fell about 0.37 per cent to $804.46 billion and its trading volume was up by 54.25 per cent to $34.57 billion, according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 9 am.

Bitcoin: BTC was up by 0.16 per cent to $16,716.65.
BTC’s trade on December 20 was highly volatile with its price trading in a narrow and confined range between $16,398.14 and $16,782.02. However, at around 8 am on December 20, BTC experienced a sudden upward price momentum and got lifted from the lows of $16,398.14 to highs of $16,782.02. Bitcoin is still swinging between green and red zones.
BTC’s trading volume was up by 61.32 per cent at $19,680,875,452.
Binance: After trading in the green zone yesterday, Binance (BNB) was trading down in the last 24 hours trading. It was trading at 0.55 per cent with its price trading between $238.65 and $250.53.
Binance’s trading volume was down by 14.59 per cent at $791,824,313.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s (ETH) price gained by 0.88 per cent to $1,190.19 in the last 24 hours to Tuesday morning.
Ethereum was seen in the red zone around midnight. However, around 7 am on December 20, ETH entered the green zone to $1183.79. Its trading volume levels were up by 38.36 per cent.
The lowest price for ETH was $1,160.38. ETH’s trading volume was $5,483,013,355.
Other Altcoins: Solana’s (SOL) price was down by 0.87 per cent at $12.19 today.
Ripple (XRP) was down by 1.37 per cent at $0.3386 and its 24-hour trading volume was $1,038,672,476.
Cardano (ADA) was down by 4.04 per cent to $0.2555. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was up by 57.10 per cent to $242,435,540.
Meme Coins
Dogecoin (DOGE) fell 4.96 per cent at $0.0739. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 131.67 per cent at $642,574,595.
Shiba Inu (SHIB) was down by 3 per cent to $0.000008295.

Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 0.58 per cent to $5,584.69. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 29.62 per cent at $16,891,822.
Avalanche (AVAX) was down by 1.78 per cent at $11.71 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 79.11 per cent at $157,205,272.
Aave (AAVE) was trading with a loss of 0.80 per cent at $55.20 and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 84.02 per cent at $46,121,870.
