The crypto market fell into the red on Monday despite small gains in Bitcoin (BTC), Binance (BNB), and Ethereum (ETH). Altcoins like Solana (SOL) and Cardano (ADA) were trading in losses.
The crypto market cap fell about 0.09 per cent to $808.35 billion, whereas its trading volume rose 9.17 per cent to $23.60 billion, according to Coinmarketcap.com at 17:30 pm.
Today’s top gainer was XDC Network (XDC); it was up 4.03 per cent at $0.02474. The top loser was Neutrino USD (USDN), trading at $0.5737 with a loss of 4.58 per cent in the last 24 hours.
Cryptocurrency Prices
Bitcoin: BTC rose 0.11 per cent to $16,747.62. BTC saw volatile trading, with its price hovering between $16,737 and $16,750. However, around 8:50 am, BTC experienced a sudden downward price momentum, dropping from a high of $16,749 to $16,688.

BTC’s highest price was $16,781, while the trading volume was $12,629,511,443 or up by 16.06 per cent.
Binance: Binance (BNB) mostly traded in the green on Monday’s session, up 0.36 per cent, with its price ranging between $246.94 and $24.8.
Binance’s trading volume was down by 26.17 per cent at $713,546,030.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s (ETH) price rose 0.12 per cent to $1,184.55 in the last 24 hours.
ETH also saw a volatile trade, witnessing a downward momentum at 8:30 am, when its price was $1,180. However, it climbed to $1,187.68, the highest 24-hour gain recorded at 4:50 pm. Its lowest price was $1,187.68. ETH’s trading volume rose by 16.12 per cent to $3,889,333,463.

Solana’s (SOL) price declined 1.00 per cent to $12.28 today.
Ripple (XRP) was down by 2.62 per cent at $0.3419, and its 24-hour trading volume was $677.68 million.
Cardano (ADA) was down by 0.71 per cent to $0.2642. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 31.39 per cent to $11,886,651,891

Dogecoin fell 1.41 per cent at $0.07724. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 0.34 per cent at $$303,473,706
Shiba Inu was up by 2.19 per cent to $0.000008704.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
Yearn.Finance (YFI) was up by 1.01 per cent to $5,654.30. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 1.98 per cent at $12,285,736
Avalanche (AVAX) was up by 0.42 per cent at $11.95, and its 24-hour trading volume was up by 32.39 per cent at $118,697,938.
Aave (AAVE) was trading with a gain of 0.94 per cent at $56.04, and its 24-hour trading volume was at $30,190,031.
