Owing to several major high-quality developments by big developers, in the past few years, Gurugram has emerged as one of the most sought-after destinations for homebuyers, in the mid segment (Rs 30 lakh-1 crore) as well as the premium segment (above Rs 1 crore). For the first quarter of 2022, in line with strong residential activity witnessed earlier, Gurugram witnessed the launch of more than 3,800 new housing units.
