With no new initial public offerings (IPOs) set to debut next week, the market is taking a momentary pause, as Diwali draws near.

However, investor attention is far from idle, as the holiday week will see eight companies debut on the exchanges.

Headlining this line-up are well-known names, such as Waaree Energies, Deepak Builders, and Godavari Biorefineries, each bringing diverse sectoral exposure to the market.

As the fiscal year progresses, the primary market pipeline indicates a robust finish ahead. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has approved 26 companies aiming to raise Rs 72,000 crore, while an additional 55 are in line for approval to gather approximately Rs 89,000 crore.

These developments suggest a potentially record-breaking year, with total fundraising likely to surpass Rs 1 lakh crore by March 2025.
