Bitcoin (BTC) was the most trending cryptocurrency, up by 1.99 per cent to $26,970.94 from the previous day. Pepe (PEPE) was the top gainer, up 11.61 per cent to $0.0000007987 over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $111.06 million. Maker (MKR) was the top loser, down by 4.82 per cent to $1,448.16. Its 24-hour trading volume was $132 million.
DeFi rose 23.81 per cent to $43.80 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported. The volume of all stable coins is now at $31.39 billion, which is 94.13 per cent of the total crypto market 24-hour volume.

Ethereum: Ethereum was up by 2.86 per cent to $1,668.44 over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $6.8 billion.
Tether: Tether was steady at $0.9999 over the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $25.48 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
