The global crypto market ended the first week of October 2023 in the green. The total market cap was up by 1.30 per cent to $1.09 trillion, and the total trading volume was up by 3.72 per cent to $26.46 billion.

Monero XMR was the most trending, up by 1.30 per cent to $151.70. Its 24-hour trading volume was $48.15 million. Klaytn KLAY was the top gainer, up by 7.46 per cent to $0.1221 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $12.41 million. THORChain RUNE was the top loser, down by 7.63 per cent to $1.78 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $97.81 million.

DeFi fell 8.13 per cent to $2.15 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: Bitcoin was up by 1.32 per cent to $27,996.53. Its 24-hour trading volume was $13.14 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 49.79 per cent, up by 0.14 per cent over the last 24 hours.

Ethereum: Ethereum was up 0.45 per cent to $1,642.80 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.67 billion.

Tether: Tether was up by 0.05 per cent to $1 in the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $18.67 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana (SOL) was up by 2.07 per cent to $23.80. Its 24-hour trading volume was $416.89 million.

Avalanche was trading at $11.21, up by 8.12 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $198.71 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 0.55 per cent to $0.2622 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $100.87 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) was up by 0.57 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.06154.

Shiba Inu was up by 1.27 per cent to $0.000007254.

DeFi coin was trading at $0.0007742, up by 13.11 per cent.
