Crypto Market Dips Marginally, Trading Volume Declines; Bitcoin, Ethereum Down

Bitcoin was down by 1.07 per cent, while Ethereum was down by 0.26 per cent. Bitcoin BTC was also the most trending, while Ethena ENA was the top gainer and Core CORE was the top loser.

The global crypto market dips marginally on Wednesday. The total market cap was down by 1.21 per cent to $2.39 trillion even though the total trading volume was also down by 0.46 per cent to $86.32 billion. Bitcoin BTC was the most trending. It was down by 1.07 per cent to $65,927.58. Its 24-hour trading volume was $33.44 billion.

Ethena ENA was the top gainer. It was up by 9.62 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $132.44 million. Core CORE was the top loser. It was down by 6.31 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $91.53 million.

DeFi was down by 0.52 per cent to $4.66 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Sathvik Vishwanath, Co-Founder & CEO, Unocoin said, "Bitcoin (BTC) faced volatility and fell to $66,500 during the highlights. Mt. Gox transferred 42,587 BTC ($2.85 billion), impacting prices, along with US government moves totaling 58.74 BTC ($4 million). Hong Kong has launched Asia's first bitcoin futures inverse ETF, likely increasing selling activity using a short-selling strategy. Meanwhile, the approval of the Ethereum spot ETF may increase its price by 24%, indirectly benefiting Bitcoin. BTC is currently trading at $66,563 and has a neutral RSI of 51, with critical support at $66,662. Resistance levels are at $67,581, $68,507, and $69,253, while support lies at $66,385, $65,830, and $65,120, shaping BTC's short-term outlook."

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was down by 1.07 per cent to $65,927.58. Its 24-hour trading volume was 33.44 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 54.2 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was down by 0.26 per cent to $3,444.42 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $23.37 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 17.1 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1.00. It was up by 0.01 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $63.92 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana SOL was down by 1.04 per cent to $173.93. Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.03 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $28.77, down by 7.05 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $451.90 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 2.70 per cent to $0.4089 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $336.42 million.

Dogecoin DOGE was up by 2.29 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.1314.

Shiba Inu SHIB was up by 0.96 per cent to $0.00001706.

DeFi coin was trading at $0.03471, down by 2.21 per cent.

Yearn.Finance YFI was up by 0.63 per cent to $5,749.28 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $11.74 million.
