The residential real estate markets of four major cities have been in the limelight for a while now. These include Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata. Some of the micro-markets in these cities have been witnessing a rise in demand for the residential realty space.

In Gurugram, the area in focus happens to be Sohna Road where resale properties have been pretty much in demand. Whether its 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK all kinds of resale properties are pretty much in demand. While the 3BHK apartments are the maximum in demand, the price of these properties range anywhere between Rs. 1. 15 crore to 1.8 crore; and the average price per square feet is slated at Rs. 2224.

On the other hand, the micro-markets of Andheri West in Mumbai and Whitefield in Bengaluru, have recorded substantial demand with a comparatively lower price band per square feet. While the average price range per square feet at Andheri in Mumbai happens to be Rs. 1408 and that of Whitefield in Bengaluru happens to be Rs. 1502.

Finally, Rajarhat in Kolkata continues to remain one of the most sought-after micro-markets in Kolkata. With an average price of Rs. 1287 per square feet. Resale properties are available spanning 1000 square feet with an average price tag of Rs. 65 lakh.
