SG Highway, Ahmedabad

The Sarkhej–Gandhinagar (SG) Highway connects the two important cities of Ahmedabad and the state capital Gandhinagar in Gujarat. The highway has been one of the most preferred destination for residential as well as commercial development, due to the availability of cheap land along with great connectivity. Several important landmarks such as Gujarat High Court, Tirupati Balaji Temple, NIRMA University, and National Institute of Fashion Technology, are located along the SG Highway. The road runs parallel to Sardar Patel Ring Road from South –west to South-east of the city, and has spurred the development in prominent localities like Thaltej and Bodakdev.

Sarjapur Road, Bangalore

Situated in South-East Bengaluru, Sarjapur Road is an important road, which starts from HSR Layout near Hosur Road and extends till Sarjapur town. The area has developed as a well-known residential and retail destination, with the location advantage having influenced several IT giants like Wipro, Intel, Oracle, Infosys, Microsoft, etc. to establish their corporate office in this area. Dwarka, Delhi

Dwarka is the preferred residential destination for the mid-segment homebuyers of Delhi. The region’s proximity to Gurugram and the International Airport has made Dwarka a preferred residential destination of the city. Moreover, the upcoming 18 Km long Dwarka Expressway will better the connectivity to Gurgaon. The 4 Km long tunnel road planned alongside Delhi Airport Metro Line will also improve the locality’s connectivity to the Airport. Dwarka also connects with Noida directly through the Blue Line and Magenta Line of Delhi Metro, while other parts of Delhi are also connected through a strong network of DTC buses. International Exhibition-Cum-Convention Centre (ECC) in Sector 25, which is expected to be completed by 2025, is seen as a significant development in the region and will further drive the commercial and residential demand here.

Kalyan, Mumbai Metropolitan Region

Kalyan lies in the Thane District of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and boasts good connectivity with other regions of MMR through local trains and roads such as Kalyan-Shilphata Road, Bhiwandi-Murbad Road and NH-160. The region is surrounded by major industrial hubs of Dombivli, Bhiwandi and Ulhasnagar. Kalyan along with Dombivli was also shortlisted for development under the government SMART Cities Mission in 2015.  The 24 km Line 5 of the Mumbai metro, also known as Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan line, will connect Kalyan to the main city of Thane, which is around 20 kms away. The line will also have an interchange in Thane with the Line 4 (Wadala-Thane-Kasarvadavli) of Mumbai metro, providing Kalyan’s residents ease of connectivity to the Mumbai city.
