There is no right or wrong time to invest as long as you are aware of the investment risks and your ability to stomach such risks. An aggressive fund is high on risk compared to a moderate risk fund, but both these funds may not suit an individual because of the low risk that he prefers. In such a situation which does not meet the investor’s risk profile seems aggressive.
