It is strange that you are facing such a trouble in this era when card companies send an email and sms alert on account statement, with clearly mentioned outstanding and due date. If you still wish for a physical credit card bill, you should contact the branch you bank with and seek their assistance to resolve the matter. It seems very unlikely that the branch will not have the facility to service your request.
