The credit card and the PIN are sent separately due to security reasons. If you have not received the PIN, get in touch with the customer service department of the bank. They will send you a fresh PIN. In most cases you will require a PIN to use these days because of the authenticity required when transacting with a credit card. And, you will need the PIN when you withdraw cash from the ATM.
