Raymond Limited appointed Harmohan Sahni as Chief Executive Officer of its realty business. Harmohan was the COO of ECL Finance Limited's (Edelweiss Group) real estate division until recently and has prior experience in implementing projects encompassing the luxury and affordable housing, commercial and retail properties.
Raymond branched into the real estate market in 2019 with its inaugural venture, ‘Aspirational District,' on a 100-acre plus land lot in Thane city. This township of 42 storeyed towers with approximately 3000 smart-sized homes has established as a preferred brand due to its inexpensive pricing since its introduction.
Raymond Realty highlighted sales with 1387 residential units booked till Mar’21, which contributes to over 60 per cent of the total inventory of ~2,350 units launched, inspite of the pandemic.

Harmohan has held several leadership positions at GCorp Developers and Mahindra Lifespaces Limited during the last three decades. He started his career at Tata Steel Limited before moving on to JSW Aluminum Limited. Harmohan is an industry veteran and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is known for his sector knowledge and financial acumen.
