The crypto market on February 4 was trading in green, with many altcoins trading up with gains. Ethereum (ETH), Binance (BNB) and Aave (AAVE) were trading with gains, while Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL) were losing.
Bitcoin (BTC) was down by 0.82 per cent, Ethereum (ETH) rises 0.38 per cent and Dogecoin (DOGE) was up by 2.13 per cent. BTC was the most trending, but GMX (GMX) was the top gainer today with 13.12 per cent gains.

The crypto market cap fell about 0.11 per cent to $1.08 trillion and its trading volume was down by 9.56 per cent to $54.97 Billion , according to data from Coinmarketcap.com at 11.00 am.
Today’s top gainer was GMX (GMX); it was up 13.12 per cent at $74.11. The top loser was EthereumPoW(ETHW), which was trading at $4.56 with a loss of 3.87 per cent in the last 24 hours to Saturday morning.
Cryptocurrency Prices
Bitcoin: BTC fell 0.82 per cent to $23,318. BTC’s trade on February 4 was highly volatile with its price trading in a narrow and confined range between $23,461 to $23,382. At around 8.45 pm on February 3, BTC experienced a sudden spike in price that lasted for three hours. Since then, prices were in red.
The lowest price for BTC was $23,279.96. BTC’s trading volume was down by 5.54 per cent at $23,678.10.
Ethereum: Ethereum’s (ETH) price rose 0.38 per cent to $1,651 in the last 24 hours to Friday morning.
ETH was also experiencing a volatile trade same as BTC. Around 8.15 pm on February 3 prices rose rapidly. ETH’s price jumped from $1,635 to $1,657 within half an hour. Its trading volume levels slumped from 9.24 billion to 7.64 billion.
The lowest price for ETH was $1,634.49. ETH’s trading volume was down by 17.30 per cent at $7,646,051,668.
Other Altcoins: Solana’s (SOL) price was down by 0.23 per cent at $24.38 today.
Ripple (XRP) was down by 0.77 per cent at $0.40 and its 24-hour trading volume was $809,710,512
Cardano (ADA) was down by 0.81 per cent to $0.39. Cardano’s 24-hour trading volume was down by 21.15 per cent to $364,211,095.
Binance (BNB) was up by 1.39 per cent to $328.39. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 3.50 per cent at $784,575,153.
Meme Coins
Dogecoin fell 1.51% per cent at $0.09187. Its 24-hour trading volume was up by 35.82 per cent at $661,433,573.
Shiba Inu was up by 9.85% per cent to $0.0000137.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi)
Yearn.Finance (YFI) was down by 1.88 per cent to $7,875.91. Its 24-hour trading volume was down by 29.77 per cent at $33,183,289.
Avalanche (AVAX) was down by 1.17% per cent at $21.08 and its 24-hour trading volume was down by 6.3142.93 per cent at $422,731,239.
Aave (AAVE) was trading with a gain of 0.72 per cent at $ 89.63 and its 24-hour trading volume was at $135,351,217.
