Crypto Price Update: Bitcoin Down 2.17%, Ethereum Down 0.86%

The global cryptocurrency market cap fell by 1.88 per cent to $1.14 trillion in the past 24 hours even as the trading volume increased by 36.24 per cent to $43.05 billion on Tuesday morning.

Pepe PEPE was the most trending cryptocurrency as well as the top loser, down by 25.89 per cent to $0.000001885 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.21 billion.

Kava KAVA was the top gainer, up by 8.64 per cent to $0.7498.

DeFi fell 7.97 per cent to $3.43 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: Bitcoin’s price fell by 2.17 per cent to $27,594.22. Its 24-hour trading volume was $18.10 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance stood at 46.93, a decrease of 0.17 per cent over the previous day.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price decreased by 0.86 per cent to $1,842.96. Its 24-hour trading volume was $8.87 billion.

Tether: Tether fell by 0.08 per cent to $1 in the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $30.50 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana’s (SOL) price fell by 2.66 per cent to $20.69 in the last 24 hours.

Avalanche was trading at $15.41, down by 3.53 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume stood at $208.12 million.

Cardano (ADA) fell by 1.96 per cent to $0.3654. It is ranked seventh, with a 24-hour trading volume of $284.40 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) fell by 3.67 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.07246.

Shiba Inu fell by 2.84 per cent to $0.000008798.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi coin was trading at $0.02095, up by 0.15 per cent over the previous day

Yearn.Finance was down by 5.04 per cent to $7,212.10 in the last 24 hours, while its 24 hour market cap was $237.70 million.
