Tata Asset Management has unveiled the Tata India Innovation Fund, targeting long-term growth by investing in companies at the forefront of innovation across sectors such as digital transformation, electric vehicles, and healthcare.
The NFO for the Tata India Innovation Fund opened on November 11, 2024, and will close for subscriptions on November 25, 2024. It is an open-ended equity strategy with an innovative premise. The NFO requires a minimum investment of Rs 5,000, with further investments being multiples of Rs 1. The fund has no entry load and charges an exit load of 1 per cent if redeemed within 90 days from the date of allotment. The scheme’s benchmark is the Nifty 500 index, and the fund is managed by Meeta Shetty and Kapil Malhotra.
The Tata India Innovation Fund aims to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies that benefit from adopting innovative strategies and technologies. The fund seeks to take advantage of growth prospects brought about by breakthrough and incremental advances in industries such as digital transformation, electric vehicles, and healthcare, according to TATA Asset Management.
