The global cryptocurrency market cap fell again after a brief spell of buoyancy on Wednesday. It was down by 0.93 per cent to $1.08 trillion on Thursday, with the total trading volume also plunging by a huge 46.82 per cent to $29.3 billion.
Bitcoin was down by 0.67 per cent while Ethereum was down by 1.03 per cent. CyberConnect CYBER was the most trending cryptocurrency, while MX TOKEN MX was the top gainer and Astar ASTR was the top loser

CyberConnect CYBER was the most trending cryptocurrency, up by 27.68 per cent to $9.24. Its 24-hour trading volume was $552. 89 million.
MX TOKEN MX was the top gainer, up by 1.76 per cent to $2.86 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.06 million.
Astar ASTR was the top loser, down by 5.73 per cent to $0.05605 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $10.55 million.
DeFi fell 6.30 per cent to $1.85 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.
Bitcoin: Bitcoin was down by 0.67 per cent to $27,247.87. Its 24-hour trading volume was $14.58 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on the market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was at 48.91 per cent, up by 0.07 per cent over the last 24 hours.
Ethereum: Ethereum was down by 1.03 per cent to $1,701.44 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.46 billion.
Tether: Tether was down by 0.01 per cent to $0.9998 in the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $20.93 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
Solana (SOL) was down by 4.37 per cent to $20.70. Its 24-hour trading volume was $275.08 million.
Avalanche was trading at $10.31, down by 3.05 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $117.86 million.
Cardano ADA was down by 0.61 per cent to $0.2649 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $203.12 million.
Dogecoin (DOGE) was up by 0.07 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.0656.
Shiba Inu was down by 1.65 per cent to $0.000008135.
DeFi coin was trading at $0.0006981, same as yesterday.
Yearn.Finance was down by 1.69 per cent to $5,590.64 over the last 24 hours, while its 24-hour trading volume was $23.27 million.
