Crypto Prices Decline Marginally With Fall In Trading Volume

The global crypto market declined on Thursday. The total market cap was down by 0.51 per cent to $1.68 trillion, even the total trading volume was down by 5.44 per cent to 54.96 billion. Xai XAI was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was up by 2.14 per cent to $1.03. Its 24-hour trading volume was $285.73 million, while dYdX (ethDYDX) ETHDYDX was the top gainer, up by 8.50 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $146.27 million. THORChain RUNE was the top loser, down by 10.07 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $241.24 million.

DeFi was down by 1.11 per cent to $4.96 Billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was down by 0.28 per cent to $42,692.23. Its 24-hour trading volume was $20.30 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on the market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 49.7 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was down by 1.57 per cent to $2,526.84 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $10.52 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 18.2 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was down by 0.07 trading at $0.9991. Its 24-hour trading volume was 39.92 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana SOL was up by 1.61 per cent to $100.06 Its 24-hour trading volume was $3.13 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $35.49, up by 0.78 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was 513.03 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 2.31 per cent to $0.5213 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was 295.78 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin DOGE was down by 0.88 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.08042.

Shiba Inu SHIB was down by 1.57 per cent to $0.000009486.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi coin was trading at $0.04604, the same as yesterday.

Yearn.Finance YFI was down by 0.41 per cent to $7,822.25 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was 28.20 million.
