Crypto Market Retreats 0.38% As Bitcoin Down 0.79%, Ethereum Gains 2.02%

The total cryptocurrency market cap was down by 0.38 per cent to $1.09 trillion, while the total trading volume was up by 11.57 per cent to $17.93 billion in the last 24 hours to Monday afternoon.

Bitcoin (BTC) was the most trending crypto, down by 0.79 per cent to $27,693.61. Its 24-hour trading volume was $8.1 billion.

Quant (QNT) was the top gainer, up by 1.29 per cent to $89.19 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $8 million.

Bitcoin SV (BSV) was the top loser, down by 4.50 per cent to $33.64 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $24.4 million.

DeFi fell 12.44 per cent to $2.23 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Ethereum: Ethereum was up 2.02 per cent to $1,591.83 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.1 billion.

Tether: Tether was down by 0.05 per cent to $1.00 in the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $14.8 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana (SOL) was down by 4.47 per cent to $22.43. Its 24-hour trading volume was $233 million.

Avalanche was trading at $9.76, down by 3.74 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $121 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 1.39 per cent to $0.2512 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $95 million.

Dogecoin (DOGE) was down by 3.87 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.05883.

Shiba Inu was down by 3.85 per cent to $0.000006943.
