The global crypto market decreased marginally on Wednesday. The total market cap was down by 4.59 per cent to $2.87 trillion, while the total trading volume was down by 0.91 per cent to $310.751 billion.

EGO EGO was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 227.87 per cent to $0.02957. Its 24-hour trading volume was $14.09 million. Peanut the Squirrel PNUT was the top gainer. It was up by 83.08 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.72 billion. Cronos CRO was the top loser. It was down by 21.88 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $439.32 million.

DeFi was down by 11.86 per cent to $14.98 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was down by 2.65 per cent to $86,924.49. Its 24-hour trading volume was $119.56 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 57.5 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was down by 6.78 per cent to $3,135.27 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $53.94 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1. It was down by 0.02 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $248.19 billion. It was ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
