Crypto Market Declines, Trading Volume Gains 24%; Bitcoin, Ethereum Up

The global crypto market decreased on Tuesday. The total market cap was down by 0.18 per cent to $3.08 trillion, while the total trading volume was up by 24.26 per cent to $191.59 billion.

XRP XRP was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 3.64 per cent to $1.10. Its 24-hour trading volume was $7.29 billion. Tezos XTZ was the top gainer. It was up by 32.01 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $907.66 million. Cronos CRO was the top loser. It was down by 11.13 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $72.77 million.

DeFi was up by 1.42 per cent to $11.82 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin BTC was up by 0.03 per cent to $91,799.85. Its 24-hour trading volume was $73.07 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 59.5 per cent.

Ethereum: Ethereum ETH was up by 0.10 per cent to $3,100.13 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $36.58 billion. Ethereum’s market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1. It was up by 0.04 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $154.36 billion. It was ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Solana SOL was down by 0.91 per cent to $245.14. Its 24-hour trading volume was $7.59 billion.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $34.84, down by 2.59 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $830.15 million.

Cardano ADA was down by 2.68 per cent to $0.74 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.67 billion.
