Term Return Policy means the premium paid under Life or Health insurance is paid back if the Insured cover the entire tenure of insurance, generally one can add such riders while applying for insurance but it will cost more than what you pay for sum insured.

I can increase my SIPs by 10 per cent every year. Is my investment horizon and listed mutual fund schemes are in line with my risk profile and goals?

Before providing the recommendation, we need to understand, whether the goals’ amount is adjusted for inflation, as that can change the output completely. Also, if we think on an asset allocation perspective, you should add a midcap fund to the portfolio on account of longer time horizon. Also instead of going with a hybrid category, you can manage the asset allocation by investing in an equity and debt fund. This will help in managing the duration of the debt fund.
